We are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously as well as our duty to serve our customers. We are currently operating to ensure our community has working HVAC and plumbing systems. The president and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have issued a Coronavirus Guidance for America identifying plumbers, HVAC, and other tradespeople as “essential critical infrastructure workers” as the nation responds to the threat of COVID-19.
Veteran is following the cleaning protocols recommended by CDC and state agencies. Our techs will continue to wear booties over their shoes, gloves, and every vehicle has hand sanitizer and disinfectant for tools. We are advising techs to keep their distance and not shake hands. We ask that you be patient as our schedule is a little mangled due to curfews, and we have to prioritize job requests for emergencies like heater breakdowns and active leaks to keep families safe and secure.
In many cases, we will be able to troubleshoot equipment from outside, in a crawl space, or attics and basements with minimal face to face contact.
If you’re experiencing problems with your Plumbing, Sewer, or HVAC systems, you can count on us to make the appropriate fix or recommendation.
